Формирование инновационной системы АПК: механизм трансферта инноваций

Аннотация:

В работе рассматриваются основные научные аспекты создания механизма трансферта инноваций в аграрном секторе страны при формировании инновационной системы АПК. Раскрывается экономическая сущность и принципы формирования организационно-экономического механизма трансферта инноваций; выделяются формы и методы трансферта инноваций в сельскохозяйственное производство, особенности формирования системы освоения инноваций в сельском хозяйстве; изучаются предпосылки реализации инноваций в производственно-экономическую деятельность сельскохозяйственных предприятий; рассматриваются методологические подходы формирования системы трансферта инноваций в сельском хозяйстве; разработан организационно-экономический механизм трансферта инноваций в сельском хозяйстве. Издание предназначено для руководителей и специалистов органов управления АПК федерального и регионального уровней, научных и образовательных учреждений. Рассмотрено и одобрено к изданию Ученым советом ФГБНУ ВНИИЭСХ (протокол № 11 от 13 ноября 2014 г.). In work the main scientific aspects of creation of the mechanism of a transfer of innovations in agrarian sector of the country when forming innovative system of agrarian and industrial complex are considered. The economic essence and the principles of formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of a transfer of innovations reveals; forms and methods of a transfer of innovations in agricultural production are allocated, to feature of formation of system of development of innovations in agriculture; prerequisites of realization of innovations in productive and economic activity of the agricultural enterprises are studied; methodological approaches of formation of system of a transfer of innovations in agriculture are considered; the organizational and economic mechanism of a transfer of innovations in agriculture is developed. The publication is intended for managers and specialists of agroindustrial management bodies at Federal and regional levels, scientific and educational institutions.
